Spencer has over 10 years of experience in higher education. Before joining Â鶹ÊÓƵ, he worked as an athletic administrator and sports information director at BYU and BYU-Hawaii. He joined Â鶹ÊÓƵ as an athletics administrator and sports information director and currently serves as the associate director of athletic communications and game operations.
