Matt came to Â鶹ÊÓƵ with eight years of coaching experience under his belt in addition to five years of scouting, player development and management experience. Prior to Â鶹ÊÓƵ, he spent seven years at Cal Poly, Pomona helping the Broncos to two conference championships and five NCAA Regional appearances. In 2020, Matt was named one of the top-50 most impactful DII assistant coaches by Silver Waves Media.
