Jackie joined Â鶹ÊÓƵ's Marketing Department in 2021. Her passion for digital content began during her time as a college student at Â鶹ÊÓƵ where she proactively engaged in the digital portfolio initiative. This project kick-started her freelance career in web design and development, photography, and videography offering these services to small businesses and nonprofits.

As a first generation Mexican-American, Jackie is fully bilingual in Spanish and English. She studied marketing, publicity, and video production at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Campus Monterrey, where she worked with small businesses conducting marketing research to improve their web presence.
