Giulia is passionate about empowering students to achieve their personal and career goals through personalized coaching, innovative curriculum development, and collaborative partnerships. In addition to running the Career Development office, Giulia teaches in the Barowsky School of Business, focusing on organizational and cross-cultural management, leadership, and business communications. Previously, she was the director for Student Leadership Initiatives for the Institute for Leadership Studies, running the Global Ambassadors and Â鶹ÊÓƵ Toastmasters programs. Before coming to Â鶹ÊÓƵ, Giulia worked in the publishing and telecommunications industries in marketing communications and international business development. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian.
