Alison supports the Sr. Director of Athletics in managing compliance and academics for the athletics program at Â鶹ÊÓƵ, ensuring adherence to NCAA, conference, and institutional regulations, while collaborating with the Faculty Athletics Representative to ensure student-athletes meet academic standards and eligibility requirements for NCAA compliance. Additionally, Alison contributes to the university's sports marketing for the athletics department's social media platforms.

Alison is a recent graduate of Â鶹ÊÓƵ, where she received a BS in Biological Sciences and a BA in History with Honors. She played for Â鶹ÊÓƵ's Women's Soccer Team throughout her five years at the university.
